  • The Lane Between

    The Lane Between

    If you understand life,
if you know how to live,
    then you don’t swerve—
not toward this side or that.

Because once you reach for one,
    you welcome the end,
    and invite the other.
    They’re twins,
    born of the same silence.

    You don’t live in extremes.
You live in the lane between—
    in the space
    where things don’t scream,
    they hum.

    In all its colors,
    we walk,
    each our own path.

    No blood in the soil.
    No suffering in our stories.
    No chaos in the air.
    No enemies at the gate.

    Just friends,
    living like we remember how.

    With kindness.
    With dignity.
    With the quiet courage
    to let others be free.

    We share this place—
    a patch of earth,
    a moment in time—
    with peace,
    rights,
    justice,
    equality.

    Together.

    Not as strangers,
    not as tribes,
    but as children
    playing
    in our own backyard
    garden.

  • When Balance Reveals

    When Balance Reveals

When we are out of balance,
    We have no real choices,
    Yet we convince ourselves
    That we do.

Freedom, trapped in a self-made illusion,
Where only one path seems clear.

    We move in circles,
Like a hamster on a wheel,
    Repeating the same known step,
    Again and again.

But balance brings sight to the horizon,
The taste of freedom on our lips
And only then can we choose—
    Freely.

    Armed with wisdom,
    To guard against harm,
    And nurture the connections
    That bring us life.

  • Sometimes

    Sometimes

    Sometimes, our eyes betray us,
Revealing more than we can hold.

    Sometimes, it’s better
    To turn away,
To let one side remain in shadow.

    Sometimes, we feel too deeply,
    Our hearts stretch and hurt
    So profoundly.
    Sometimes, we laugh so joyfully,
And love with all we are.

    Sometimes, our senses overwhelm us.
    Sometimes, it’s better
To let one side remain unseen.

Do we show up in fragments,
    Pieces waiting to be reassembled
    And reinterpreted?
    Or do we arrive whole,
    Complete, with all our
    Imperfections, cracks and missing parts?

    Our hopes and dreams
    Rooted in the solid ground
Of what we can truly offer,
    And what we truly need.

    Sometimes, we see so little.
    Sometimes, it’s enough
    To just arrive—
To stand and show up for life.

    Sometimes,
    My mirrors reflect
    Sometimes,
    My roots grow deep
    Into the earth of connection
    Sometimes,
    I am fire.
    Sometimes,
    I am ash.
    Sometimes,
    I am present.

    Sometimes, I wonder why.
    Sometimes, I wonder how.
    Sometimes, I wonder when.
    Sometimes, I wonder what.

    Sometimes, I start.
    Sometimes, I finish.
    Sometimes, I give up.
    Sometimes, I am the fight.

    Sometimes, we want more.
    Sometimes, we want less.
    Sometimes, we find the balance
    Of what to give.

    Sometimes, I play God.
    Sometimes, I serve the world.
    Sometimes, I am

    Sometimes,
In the still moment of silence.

    And sometime,
    Once upon a time.

  • The Rhythm of Surprise and Steadiness

The Rhythm of Surprise and Steadiness

    Some wander for years,
    tracing circles on familiar ground,
    then suddenly break free—
    vaulting from stasis into motion.
    They say the truest life
unfolds in the surprise of possibilities,
where unexpected moments light the way,
    and growth bursts into bloom.

    For others, the steady path
    is neither linear nor mapped.
It’s a pilgrimage of felt understanding,
    where each step sinks deep
    into the soil of realization.
Progress isn’t in speed or stride,
but in knowing where your foot lands
    and where your thoughts rest.
This is living in full awareness.

    I believe there must be
    a butterfly’s kiss—
    it colors life’s canvas,
    while steady footing
    roots us in empathy,
    kindness, and love,
    attuning us to others’ needs.

    The energy that drives us
    whispers of infinite paths,
    but without our steps,
    even infinity falters.

    Mind your words—
    they are seeds of care.
    Nurture simplicity,
and we truly care for one another.

Why complicate what’s clear and true?
    Why complicate the simple?

    In the vibration between
    the unknown and deliberate attention,
    life finds its rhythm,
    and the melody
    we create together.

  • Breath Exchange

    Breath Exchange

    We breathe in
    From nose up
    To our mind,
    And we exhale down,
    An offering from mouth
    To earth’s trees.

    A very simple
    beautiful cycle.
    Delicate and vital.
    One couldn’t exist,
    If the other falls.

    Earth provides the atmosphere,
    We replenish it,
    The balance is clear.
    This Earth, a home,
    Not ours to drain,
    To plunder for profit,
    For wealth and greed.
    The chasm between
    The rich and the poor.

    Though all share
    The same air to produce.
    One atmosphere,
    Enveloping all.
    A borrowed breath,
    A life returned,
    In this resonant rhythm,
    We are bound,
    A reciprocal breath,
    Sustains all life.

  • Let There Be Light

    Let There Be Light

    Light comes in,
    And shadows go away,
    Not vanquished,
    But veiled.

    As with concealed memories
Waiting out there at the edge
    Of consciousness.
    Darkness makes its spooky mark,
A palimpsest on the fabric of space.

    Yet light could obliterate,
    However,
    The trace remains,
    A black relief.

    As brightness increases,
    Shadows disappear.
Our form appears to rise, unraveled.
    The more luminous we become,
    The lighter we weigh,
    Through light’s caress matter ends.

    In this equilibrium
    Between seen and unseen,
Light wipes off what is hidden beneath it.
    But then,
There is a trick you can do with your fingers:
    Press it.

    Make it brighter
Or darker, that’s up to you
    The decision is yours
But it’s something that’s not often known.
In warm bright or cold dark contact
Your core discovers how to go down or stay up.

  • Cosmic Principles

    Cosmic Principles

    Free will awakens,
    Love embraces all.
    Light illuminates,
    Service calls.

    Self-service empowers,
    Polarization balances.
    Unity connects,
    Confusion challenges.

    Responsibility weighs,
    Catalyst ignites.
    Healing restores,
    Balance aligns.

    Ancient wisdom whispers,
    Modern minds listen.
    Quantum threads paint,
    Consciousness glistens.

    Principles sing,
    In cosmic flow.
    Ever-changing,
    Yet ever-know.

    Hold on to these truths,
    As realities shift.
    In their essence,
    Find your gift.
