  • The Paradox of Preference

    The Paradox of Preference

    People prefer politeness
    Over kindness.
    Politeness creates boundaries,
    Within the comfort zone.
    Kindness is intimate,
    It penetrates through the skin,
    And touches the heart.
    Politeness dresses nicely,
    Kindness is naked.

Politeness is a mask we wear,
    Kindness, the face beneath.
    One shields, the other shares,
    Our true humanity.

    People prefer the shallow,
    Over the deep and true.
    Skimming life’s surface,
Afraid to dive into the blue.

    People prefer entertainment,
    Over reality, journey, friendship,
    Exploration and discoveries.
    It is harder to consume
    The fabricated,
    Than it is to feel
    Life.

    Reality demands presence,
    Entertainment is a mere distraction.
    Only one shapes our essence.

    In the quiet of authenticity,
    We find our loudest truths.
    Yet we cling to noise,
Evading the wisdom of our youth.

    People’s preference is
    A paradox.

  • An Aprioric Perspicaciousness

    An Aprioric Perspicaciousness

    White paper and a pen
    wish for me,
on a birthday of many returns
    passed, yet to come.
    So a thought I will,
    and a thought
    I may, descend
    into self,
    my self-maintained, renewed self,
    my pattern of self.
    Together and with,
    I feel out
    an infinite creativity,
    I do now
    experience my stability.

    Ever change,
    never never.
    Am.
    I am dependent,
    Yet I am identified.

    One in once.
    Always a memory,
    always a surprise.

    Scenes change,
    familiar feelings.
    Known to life,
    stranger to my own.
    Allowed to feel all,
    but not my own.
    Hold on
    known stranger, hold on.
I hold on to my breath.
    I hold on.

  • Mindful Equilibrium

    Mindful Equilibrium

    Seek balance,
    Or lose the present’s grace.
    In mindful choice,
    Find your true place.

  • Anonymous Days

    Anonymous Days

    When relationship with self
    Becomes mere convenience,
    An empty shell forms,
    No real core.

    Our true self fades,
    Lost in the fog.
    We lose our compass,
We lose our guiding star’s light.

    Floating alone,
    In a big formless sea,
    We drift through time,
    Chained and confused.

    Each moment blends
    Into the next,
    As we wander blind
    Through days and space.

    In this hazy trip,
    Where who we are
    Is in exile,
    We find ourselves lost
    In anonymous days.

  • The Science of Generosity

    The Science of Generosity

    Neurons fire,
    Endorphins surge,
    When hands extend.

Our brains light up and rejoice
    When kindness we scatter.

    Caring pumps the heart,
    Empathy flows through veins.
    The helper’s high,
    Eases life’s heavy strains.

    In giving,
    We receive unseen,
    A gift from the soul.

    We share,
    From abundance,
    A wellspring that never dries.

    The science of generosity,
    Makes us whole.

    Naked kindness,
    Reveals a profound truth,
    In acts of love,
    Wellness is found,
    We become complete.

  • The Captain’s Harbor

    The Captain’s Harbor

    When your thoughts
    Feel like a wild storm,
    Worries flood in,
Tossing your mind like a boat.
    Remember, there’s calm,
    A quiet harbor
    For your busy mind.

    To break the chains
    Of unhealthy thoughts,
    Ask these questions,
    Like a wise, kind friend:
“Do these thoughts help me now?
Should they be here right now?”
    If not,
    Let them float by,
    Like clouds in the sky,
    They can just fly.
    They don’t need to stay.

    With gentle awareness,
    You’re the captain,
Steering your mind to calm seas.
Feel the steady ground under you,
    Hear quiet waves lap,
    See the clear, bright horizon.

    Each peaceful moment.
    Is a practice,
    A patient art,
    And a treasure.

    Leave your worries behind,
Sail to the present’s soft light,
    Here in the Now,
Let the warm sun of awareness
Melt away the fog of anxiety.
This calm is your home port.

  • I am Rich

    I am Rich

    I am rich.
Wisdom is the oxygen in my heart,
Love is the light my mind.

    I am rich.
    In words that carry meaning,
In actions that are energy of kindness.

    I am rich.
    Each day unfolds new lessons,
    I grow, I change, I become.

    I am rich.
    Recognition feeds my faith,
    Wisdom shines in my grace.

    I am rich.
    Life flows in me
    Like a river
    Through my veins.

    I am rich.
    In breathing moments
    Of now and of eternal.

    I am rich.
    Not in gold or silver,
    But in being.

  • Humble Pursuit

    Humble Pursuit

    Egos we bend,
    And preconceptions are set aside,
    We bow down,
    To find the truth
    And see the light.

    Stiff minds break,
While Soft thoughts flow like water.
    In a quiet surrender,
    Wisdom whispers.

Our sure things are sand castles,
Washed away by new knowledge tides.
    Empty hands, open hearts,
    Make room to grow.

Truth’s not a thing to hold,
    But an expanding horizon.
    As we drop heavy guesses,
    Our steps get light, quick.

To see clear, we first say
    Our sight has limits.
    When we know we’re blind,
    We start to really see.

The light we want often hides
In the dark of what we think we know.
    Only when we dare ask
    Do we light our way.

  • Assumptions: Unyielding Walls

    Assumptions: Unyielding Walls

    Those who assume
    Build walls of rigid truth,
    Brick by stubborn brick.

    Minds are locked gates,
    Beliefs are unshakeable.

    But those who offer
Hold hands open to the sky,
    Ready to either catch starlight
Or let it slip back to the void.
They bend like reeds in others’ winds.

    I come to you,
    With my palms of possibilities.
    Not with demands, but wonder.

    I arrived with clay
    Waiting to be shaped.
And my mind a blank page,
    Hungry for your colors.

    In my offering, I found
    Our true rhythm.
    Each note is a surprise,
    Each chord is a revelation.

    This music
    Of give and take,
    Of offer and response,
    Writes our song of understanding.

    In the space between
    Assumption and offering,
    Real connection grows.
