  • Tranquility

    Tranquility

    For each of us,
    His own song,
    And own creative music.
    For each of us,
    A healing frequency.
    This is tranquility.

    In the silence between notes,
    We find our rhythm true.
    Each heartbeat a cadence,
    Each breath a gentle refrain.
    Our melody unfolds,
    Unique as morning dew.

    This harmony we seek,
    Is found within our chord.
    A personal symphony,
    That opens every door.
    To peace and understanding,
    Forevermore.

  • Empathy’s Weight

    Empathy’s Weight

    I can feel your pain,
    Whispered in my bones.
    Your struggles are now mine,
An unmentioned burden that I bear silently.

    Every story told to me,
    Every tear I see shed,
    My heart is weighted down,
    A storehouse of sorrows.

    As understanding deepens,
    So does sadness grow.
    It is a strange bond:
The nearer I get, the more I hurt.

Yet, through this hurt comes a revelation:
    Life does not issue blame,
    Only learning etched into experience.

    We stumble and we fall
    And then stand up again
    Every mistake is a teacher
    Each sorrow is our guide

No villains, they say in the allegory of human experience
    There are only students
    There is no failing again

    But if I must bear
The load of a thousand lives
    For I can endure knowing:
This is a school where we are all pupils
This is school where all of us are learners
But let me tell you something –
This place is a memorable and beautiful college

  • Slay the Giants Within

    Slay the Giants Within

    Find love in yourself,
    And when you meet
    The hungry giants of evil,
    Feed them from your heart.

    Witness the fight
    Of success and failure,
    Of life and death.
    You’ll find only one hero-
And the other does not exist.

  • Cosmic Principles

    Cosmic Principles

    Free will awakens,
    Love embraces all.
    Light illuminates,
    Service calls.

    Self-service empowers,
    Polarization balances.
    Unity connects,
    Confusion challenges.

    Responsibility weighs,
    Catalyst ignites.
    Healing restores,
    Balance aligns.

    Ancient wisdom whispers,
    Modern minds listen.
    Quantum threads paint,
    Consciousness glistens.

    Principles sing,
    In cosmic flow.
    Ever-changing,
    Yet ever-know.

    Hold on to these truths,
    As realities shift.
    In their essence,
    Find your gift.

  • Luminous Wisdom

    Luminous Wisdom

    When light bursts out,
    night runs away.
    Light wins, erases dark,
    But in shadows, memories stay.
    Marks where dark lived,
    Not gone, just deeper.

    The bright may show
    Where night’s veil once was,
    Walking prints left
    Before being undone.
As brighter truth shines in, open,
Less stuff is held in this world’s traps.

    You control the switch
    That lets light’s grace shine,
    When dark creeps back
    With its hidden fears,
Only a watchful soul can guard
    The small sun that’s near.

    Night hides not just
    What we can’t see,
But covers the self in shadow,
    Doubting what’s real.
    Turn light inside to
    Light up dark rooms,
    Clearing the dust that blinded
    With its gloom.

Always changing like sun and moon
    Are the lights and shades.
    What brightness showed
    Must sometimes in night fade,
    As new dawns of light
    Break through with their rays,
    From night’s deep paths,
    Heaven’s secret ways.

    Look too long at suns
    And blind your eyes.
    Through dark you might find
The balance that brings clear sight.
    Not just chasing any light,
But watching where its power lies,
Lest it burns to dead ends,
    Its force drained and dry.

In cycles of shadow and shine,
    We walk our souls’ ground,
    Each light a step
    On wisdom’s twisting road.
    Hold both light and dark,
For in their dance we grow,
    Opening old truths
    In the rise and fall.

  • The Science of Generosity

    The Science of Generosity

    Neurons fire,
    Endorphins surge,
    When hands extend.

Our brains light up and rejoice
    When kindness we scatter.

    Caring pumps the heart,
    Empathy flows through veins.
    The helper’s high,
    Eases life’s heavy strains.

    In giving,
    We receive unseen,
    A gift from the soul.

    We share,
    From abundance,
    A wellspring that never dries.

    The science of generosity,
    Makes us whole.

    Naked kindness,
    Reveals a profound truth,
    In acts of love,
    Wellness is found,
    We become complete.

  • An Invite

    An Invite

    The pages turn,
    The lessons learned.
    Yesterday’s story,
    In shadows blurred.

    Here and now,
    A sacred vow.
    No echoes of the past,
    Only blessings cast.

    A dance in time,
    A rhythm sublime.
    Journey to the start,
    A compassionate heart.

    From fractures deep,
    New love will seep.
    The universe’s art,
    Love notes to impart.

    Whispers below,
    Stars’ radiant glow.
    Dreams turned real,
    Wishes heal.

    To give is to gain,
    A life’s gentle rain.
    Gifts we bestow,
    A river’s flow.

    A cycle spins,
    Where life begins.
    Endings and new,
    Horizons in view.

    Life’s tender touch,
    Curiosity as such.
    Questions arise,
    Truth in our eyes.

    Vibrations thrum,
    Curiosity hum.
    A dance of creation,
    Life’s grand narration.

    Meaning or delight,
    In the heart’s light.
    Faith’s gentle grace,
    Lessons we embrace.

    A journey’s quest,
    In choices blessed.
    Each path we tread,
    A truth ahead.

    Invisible strings,
    Connected beings.
    A world anew,
    Love pure and true.

    Beyond the pane,
    Open hearts gain.
    No need for disguise,
    Inviting, open skies.

    Home’s embrace,
    Love’s gentle grace.
    A welcome bright,
    In shared light.

  • Footprints Erased

    Footprints Erased

    Memories like candles.
    They burn,
    cry hot wax tears,
    then leave a monument.
    All while shining a light,
    on what you choose
    and how you choose,
    to see.

    I can count many tales
    on my hand,
    and many wounds
    on my arms.
    I lay every night
    on a pillow
    of flame and tears.

I drown inside my head and
    break into pieces of kintsugi
    inside my heart.

    I try to explain,
    but no one listens.
    Born mute,
    learned to speak.
    Born different,
    learned to fit in.
    Born to be me,
and I learned to be you.
    I can explain,
    But who’s listening?

    Wrongly labeled
    and wrongly judged.
Back of a hand on lips.
A sword cuts through my lungs.
    Thoughts hanged.
    Innocence raped.
    Natural gifts shot.
    And all buried.
    No ceremony,
    and no farewell.
    No time to grieve,
    and no time to adapt.
    I’m ok.

    Here’s a mask,
    put it on.
    I am told.
    You are sin.
    Yes I am sin.
    Hide your soul.

    I can count many tales
    on my hand.
    I rest my head,
    on pillow of fire.
    And I drown
in the waters of my thoughts.
    I love,
    and I hurt.

    Forgive me.
    Footprints erased.

  • Wrap Your Arms Around You

    Wrap Your Arms Around You

    Wrap your arms around you
    Give yourself a warm hug
You may be grown up and old
But inside you’re still a child

    You’ve passed the station
    Of asking no more
And you’ve arrived to a stop
Of not wanting what you need

    You love many
    And you are loved
But the devil’s footsteps quietly approach
    Through the people you love

How can one survives in this world
Without declaring their wants and needs?
    With others falsely knowing and
Speaking words that claim your needs?

    How can you live
By feeling the need to ask?
When will the uninvited devil walk in?
    When will the body rest?

Giving is a gift, not everyone feels

    Flooding out of them
Saving and possessing is a curse,
    That most feel occupied with

Who is a more willing soul
    Than an earth angel
To pay for the wrongs and hurt
    That others infected on you

Mother, what would become of me?
    Father, where will I be?
    Brother, what do you see?
    Sister, how do you feel?

    You came whole
    They broke you
Wrap your arms around your whole self
Feel warmth of your complete embrace

    Deep breath
